Congratulations on your journey to better health. I am 64 and doing the same thing. I went from 235 to 190 in 1 year, I am really tan, and look closer to maybe 50 now.

I found fasting one day a week for 24 hours is key in dropping weight. Along with a change in diet. I juice too in an effort to reverse clogged, blood vessels. We are the same age. Just dropped 20lbs, today 212lbs. Each time i eat a fatty dinner like two slices of pizza my Edema in my left foot swells up. So it serious business. Its that time of life. Thanks for sharing.

Inspirational, Cory! (And a new use for my Steinway piano bench too). I’m at 245 pounds @ 6ft3in (BMI 31, ie obese), but was at 280 a few years ago. Sugar addiction (type 2) like everyone else, but I ditched the sugary sodas. In physical therapy 2x a week, because of the horrible ice fall in January, and the exercises taught to me are excellent, but finding time and motivation to do them is difficult with everything else going on. You clearly have a passion for the piano, and now a similar “driving force” for health and fitness - GOOD FOR YOU and perhaps your YouTube channel will become a classic just like your 2500+ piano videos.
