If you are watching this do not get discouraged. Everyone needs to remember this is a video. We all know we don’t wake up looking like a model, with makeup, hair done, house perfect. Don’t let society determine your mental state. You are beautiful life is beautiful focus on the inside not just appearance it is shallow and lonley❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love how you’re transparent about all the work you’ve done! It’s refreshing when so many people aren’t

I’m a little depressed now, only because of the reality that I could never afford to do all that you do to get the skin you have. My own fault for not going into a financially lucrative career. If you could only recommend procedures/products limited at $100 per month (or $1, 200 for the year), what would you recommend for your patient to get the biggest bang for those bucks?

I am in my early sixties and took great care of my skin over the years. I live in a tropical climate, of African Caribbean ancestry. I never bought into the 'black don't crack' philosophy, consistency used great skincare, avoided the sun prudently and used sunscreen even back in the day when it looked like toothpaste. Now the selections are wider, more thoughtful, inclusive and aesthetically has improved tremendously. To my point, I am very happy you were so transparent. The truth is important and very commendable...I truly wish you the very best of everything💛

I appreciate your honesty, it is a little obsessive and hard to achieve for most people, but I like the fact that you do not hide your procedures

To your point that it's never too late to start taking care of your skin, I'm so glad you said that because people could easily get discouraged and think that you can only achieve good results if you start early like you. But I'm 51, I started taking care of it 4 years ago and it looks great. Even without procedures (yet).
The thing is, if you are not able to consistently take care of your skin but would like to solve everything with occasional procedures, I don't think it will work. It wasn't until I've worked on repairing my relationship with myself and my body through therapy (could be another way for other people) that I started to enjoy skincare. Now it's one of the main ways I show my love for myself and my body.

I’m 36. Through my 20s and early 30s I thought I needed dozens of products, serums, and fancy creams… I fell into the gimmicks and greenwashing. I realize now, all I personally need is a good moisturizer, and a gentle facial cleanser. I don't even wash my face every single day...every other day with my cleanser, unless I'm wearing make up..then of course. I have clear skin on my face, but I do get eczema on my hands from poor food choices..I use Cerve and Aveeno. Low maintenance, easy to stay consistent. Everyone is different!❤

You’ve definitely done a TON! I wonder how much all that would cost the average person.

I’m glad to hear this. I had breast implants and a lift and deep plane face lift and upper bleph. Only so much diet and nutrition and treatments can do. Now I’m wondering what treatments I should do now that I had this done. I’m very consistent with skin care, still have Botox on forehead. I’m 57 now and looking 40. I love my results

The amount of procedures you have done is indeed overwhelming, most can’t access due to cost or the challenging of finding honest, skilled doctors. You genuinely look you are in your 40s, with great beautiful skin. Most likely the exercises, diet, collagen, tretinoin, hydration, sunscreen, mental health and financial stability were the ones contributing the most. Those are the best for a great looking skin. Thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love this video and your honesty with what you’ve been doing to look so incredible. I’m 49 and always appreciate transparency because it helps me know not only what procedures to look into but more importantly what’s realistic for someone my age. Thank you for the time you put into educating your viewers- ❤

I love your natural skin color. Very pretty. I can usually see signs of aging from women in the chest area from sun damage but I can tell you definitely protect yourself from the sun. How smart and pretty is your daughter!!
