What I find most interesting about Bryan is the seemingly large disconnect between his public reputation vs everyone who follows him. In the media and the average lay person thinks his ideas are “wacko”, but truly following him he’s a genuine, humble guy who just wants to share his journey. Couldn’t think of a better guy to do it honestly

I totally feel him on the pale skin thing. I am always attacked for not tanning but it causes wrinkles and cancer and frankly it is so rude that people feel comfortable telling others their skin is too white

I used to work in the beauty industry, and I can confirm no skin cream or serum can penetrate deep enough into the layers of the skin to make that much difference, the epidermal layers need to be "reprogrammed" with peels, LED therapy and botox or face lifts. Bryan is correct here with his approach to skin protection and ageing if there's damage done.

However, wearing a minimum Spf 30 sunscreen all year round, even indoors near windows etc, but allow some low risk sun in the evening to your body for vit D. That's the single most important thing you can do for your face for anti ageing.

Retinol helps speed up skin renewal, as will a good glycolic or bakuchiol, the latter better on sensitive skin, but use these at night and have a skip day.

Cleanse all sun product off in the evening, and use a good moisturiser, you don't need to spend lots of money, Ceravive is fine or QandA or the Ordinary. Use an alcohol free toner as well.

A gel one for oily skin, a richer one for dry.

Eat lots of food with anti oxidants like fruit and veg, and take plenty oils like Hemp, Flaxseed for Omega 3/6 fatty acids, and massage your face with oils and a face roller regularly.

I used sunscreen as a child and teenager, ate well and avoided smoking and excessive alcohol and at 49 I still have a roundish youngish face, no procedures, hardly any lines and little sun damage.

When I first heard about you I thought you are just a crazy rich dude trying to extend his life as much as possible.
I still think that BUT I come back regularly to actually see what someone with available resources does to combat aging.

Keep going! The experience you share has a huge value.

Your face looks so much better than a year ago - much fuller and younger looking. Biomarkers aside, you just look a lot more normal and healthy rather than gaunt and scary (with all due respect) so I'd say your protocol is working very well. The takeaway I got from this is thinner face features doesn't translate to younger looking and it's best to maintain some facial fat. I also appreciate your self-deprecating humor about being a vampire and your honest assessment of previous look vs now. Keep up the great work, Bryan!

The most powerful skin care protocol for starters? Stop the damage. Once that’s done you can level up step by step with routine skin care and treatments.

I'm on my weightloss journey but now Bryan got me looking into healthy skin as well. I've lost 70 lbs from 230 lbs. No loose skin but I'm now working to tighten my skin. I'll see if i can achieve this by end of 2024.

Now I’d love to see a video of all the skincare items you tried that are now in the graveyard and why!

I've been watching a lot of your content recently because of your really interesting insights and philosophy. I have to say that the editing of these videos is on point. Whoever is editing these has a great sense of humor, and you yourself never take yourself too seriously either. Great energy!

Re: the umbrella, when I moved to Japan many years ago, I got a little culture shock when I saw all the women in Japan walking around with black umbrellas in the summer on sunny days. Not everyone there does it, but it's pretty common among the women.

Watching this tutorial on grooming feels like a step-by-step guide to Patrick Bateman's morning routine. Can't decide if I'm here for the skincare tips or the killer confidence. Pun intended.

Being a scientist, I love this evidence-based approach. I, too, have UV films on my windows at home. Prevention is the key, and diet directly correlates to improved skin and recovery. One point not covered: exercise (and sleep, of course) makes a marked and visible contribution to skin quality.

YES we grew up with no skincare, no sunscreen, tanning beds and washed our faces with Dial. IPL has been the only thing that's helped. Thanks for sharing your journey and all the information you've gained.

This is serving strong Patrick Bateman vibes but as a skin care enthusiast I commend you Bryan for being so disciplined with your routine!

I can imagine how hard it must be to start the Blueprint Protocol in the same extent that Bryan does, but I swear that knowing that my health is being taken care of 24/7 in the best way possible would be a dream come true. I wish I could do a lot of these things in my everyday life. Maybe some day I will be an eccentric millionare vampire like Bryan. Wishing you the best and longest life, sir

Thank you for this. However I would stay away from accutane (isotretinoin). I hope your doctors will look more into it.

I use an umbrella all the time because I was in a accident and I very sensitive to sunlight. stupid people tell me not to do that because it’s racist but now I also do it to help me be pretty forever. You’re right, the sun does damage your skin. right on Bryan you’re doing the right thing keep it up. preserving my skin is a bonus and I want to be pretty forever. me a avoiding a heat stroke that’s only part of it. i’m glad I’m not the only one that uses an umbrella all the time.❤

“Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm followed by a final moisturising protective lotion.” - Pat Bateman

Thank you for doing what you’re doing, people will call you crazy, but don’t listen to them, everyone always has an opinion, but few have the will to act on their beliefs. Please don’t give up, and know that you are inspiring thousands of us who want to keep improving and testing ourselves, thank you!
