In this episode, I am going to talk about stress and anxiety in the workplace. In order to overcome stress and anxiety in the workplace, it is SO important to accurately identify the specific stressor within work, as opposed to assuming that work itself is the problem. Sometimes simple shifts make huge differences in a person’s psychological and emotional well being. So in this episode, I will be discussing THREE areas to consider if you are feeling a lot of stress and anxiety related to your work.

Number 1 - Your Work Environment or Team
Number 2 - Your Individual Responsibilities
Number 3 - Your Personal Growth

Exploring these three areas will help you develop better self-awareness of your current situation, and ultimately take better corrective actions in your life. So if you are struggling with stress and anxiety related to work this episode will be a great starting point to begin taking back some control. Enjoy!

This workplace anxiety and the tasks that I would do at work we’re causing me so much anxiety. It was making it difficult to deal with OCD everything would make me anxious and I just really wasn’t enjoying work. Until I decided to not return to work after the coronavirus stay at home orders and I resigned and started my own handyman and Home watch business. I’ve had time to grow my YouTube Focus on building a brand and doing those things have really helped reconnect me to the person I am. Thank you So much for your videos they really help me. Keep up the great work!

When my partner with OCD tells me she struggles at her work, it seems she can find problems with pretty much any little thing. Really difficult for an outsider to know if the work really sucks or if it's all compulsions. It sure does sound like compulsions as it's so similar to her other OCD themes.

This whole video sums up what I’m feeling right now in my job. I’ve tried to change my perspective but honestly doesn’t work.

I am a hostess and I bus tables at my job and it causes bad anxiety because I multitask. Is there a way to deal with this type of anxiety. We are definitely short staffed.
