As someone who suffered YEARS from acne, its an inflammation. It indicates thats something in the body is NOT ok and you shouldn’t ignore it.

when i started getting my acne in my face, my family and friends immediately judge me and blaming me for my acne, i'm suffering. fighting for my acne, fix my lifestyle, eat healthier food, and fix my skincare. and then my acne is slowly gone after months of fight almost a year. and then i realize, acne is making me live healthier and happier, acne is teaching me that nothing is useless. if you are an acne fighter, keep fighting!! don't fight for your acne, but fight for your healthiness and happiness. it all will pay off. sometimes acne is telling you that your body isn't healthy, because if you're body is healthy then your skin will do to. tips from me is don't forget to eat vegetables and fruit, do some workout, and skincare is less is more! sending love for y'all acne fighter ❤❤❤

It’s also really important that people stop thinking that acne is something dirty, like you can have great personal hygiene and still get acne

I hated being told I was dirty or "just wash my face." I was washing my face way more than the average human and still got acne. It's caused by underlying cause I had no control over. Smh. Thank you for showing us this. I needed this.

I had horrible acne for about 4 years before I saw a dermatologist. I thought I was ugly and it caused me so much pain just to smile because of the inflammation. I was given medication and about 6 months later, my skin cleared up completely. Although, I wish I'd seen your channel in the 4 years that I spent hating my face, then it might not have been so bad. Regardless, I love the positivity ❤

I’m 35 and my acne didn’t go away until I was 31. I was convinced that it was never going away. I ended up dropping out of college because my acne was so bad and I was embarrassed to go to class. There were a handful of times where my acne cleared up for probably a week in my 20’s and I remember being so happy and absolutely heartbroken when it would return. One time in particular when I had a clear skin week a modeling scout approached me and gave me her card to connect on modeling for a major agency. My acne returned like 3 days later so I threw away the card. Acne truly ruins lives.

I needed this… my adult acne is much worse than my teenage acne.

as a person who is young and has acne and gets rude comments from people all the time like “people aren’t pretty with pimples” im deeply affected by it you’ve really helped me be happy with my skin, and im actually going to go see a dermatologist for it so thank you xx (also your gorgeous I’ve always thought people with pimples were pretty or even acne scarring I think it’s beautiful)

TYY! I got acne when I was 8. In elementary school everyone bullied me for that, they all had a perfect skin while I had a lot of acne. I'm 13 and my friends still have the perfect skin they always had while I'm here with horrendous acne since 3rd grade. I always feel bad when talking with someone, they're staring at ur face while Ik my face is covered in acne. All my friends have teenage problems but no one has mine so they can't help me. I'm trying tons of skincare products and healthy food regularily, but NOTHING CHANGES. All my friends don't even wash their faces and eat all they want while their skin looking normal and perfect. What the fudge😔

As a 51 year old with acne prone skin i understand the pain.I was commented on, made fun of and there was no medical help available in the small town I lived and grew in.
I tried every home remedy for my face and later on when I shifted to a metro city i received medical care for my condition. To this date I have skin breakout but I have learned to deal with it.

Thank you for spreading awareness about this. I’m in middle school, and I have acne, yet I feel like nobody my age is struggling with it like I am. These kinds of videos just make me feel like I belong ❤

I have had such a hard time with my acne recently. I just feel like I'm surrounded by so many people that have perfectly clear skin and it makes me feel ugly. So to see how gorgeous you are with acne is just such an encouragement. Because it is really hard, I've been crying a lot because of it, because I've felt alone and like nobody would get it. However, your videos have helped me a lot 💛

my mum had adult acne, she always was insecure about it, i never understood why, to me she was beautiful, we should normalise more people with textured skin and acne, it’s normal, almost everyone has had it, that doesn’t make you less than others, you are gorgeous btw girl, love your content ❤

p.s: i never got this many likes before, im glad some agree with me in this :’)

people need to understand genetics exist. I’ve seen people who have very good hygiene, good diet, etc. But still have acne bc of genetics. you’re not alone. acne is not gross. these comments can be horrendous. you are beautiful with or without acne. js because some people don’t have it, doesn’t mean they aren’t dealing w insecurities either. i give respect to all those dealing with acne. i myself have had horrible acne in the years. don’t give up. don’t focus on it. be yourself. acne does not define you.

I had horrifying cystic acne on my back, chest, and face. Also psoriasis on my hairline. Parents wouldn’t take me to the dr. because it will “go away” one day and “I lived through it”. So I got a job to be able to purchase cleansers and makeup. Tough years.
