I’m currently pregnant and have low thyroid and my doctor encourages me to continue taking fish oil supplements. Definitely worth talking to your GP about.

Taking fish oil is life changening. I have severe social anxiety to the point that talking infront of the class is terrifying for me and i get stuttered when im speaking. Thanks to fish oil. I gain the confidence i wanna have. I dont stutter and become nervous excsssively. It really helps my anxiety though. Kuddos to this!
