i’ve never ate fish in my life, my mom always said it was gross and smelled bad and would never make it for us. even as an adult i’ve been scared of it. but i’ve had a lot of health issues these past few years, with my heart and brain fog, cognitive function etc. 2 days taking fish oil i feel like i’m coming back to life slowly?!!

This is 28 year teacher in college from India. Ive back ache due to wrong gymming. One of my dr. Friend recommended omega fatty acid for back pain and it helped miraculously. I was not able to conduct lecture of even 1 hour standing. Now i can take more than 1 hour. My job is saved.

I smoked for 35 years. In my forties I started taking fish oil. I quit smoking in 2008 and I do not have any kind of smokers cough at all. I think the secret to keeping aging at bay is to not let dryness get ahold of any part of the body. With natural aging dryness comes. Fish oil moisturizes the lung tissue, the veins, arteries and helps the joints. If you have not taken fish oil you may need to take it for a month before you notice the real difference. Believe me, you will especially if you smoke or have smoked - I am NOT selling anything but an easier future physically.

64 and taken fish oil over 30 years daily. I have no inflammation, lab crp test and ESR are below normal (inflammation biomarker). I can out play my grand kids at schoolyard. I can throw a football 40 yards + very easily.

I started taking Kori Krill oil and my triglycerides dropped 100 points from 243 to Wow, I was shocked and very happy.Especially since my Dr wanted me to take a cholesterol lowering drug(statin) I was only taking 1 of the gel caps and the recommended on the bottle says 3 a day.I just started 2 a day.I’m very happy with the good benefits it’s done for me.

Thank you for uploading this video. I am over 69 years old. I am also type 2 diabetic. I went to specsavers in Worcester in the UK where I live for a check up on my eyes sight a few years back. They asked me what medication I was taking. Among other things, I told the optician I was taking Omega 3 + 6 +9 in capsule form every morning. They told me NOT to stop taking this. I have been taking it for years. Just thought I would let you know. PC. 14. 05. 2022.

I'm 35 and I've been eating a can of sardines once ALMOST every day since I was about 28. People always tell me they thought I was in my lower or mid 20s. I'm pretty sure it's doing wonderful things internally as well.

I have been taking Omega 3 fish oil for a few weeks now. Before I took them, my heart beat was about 73. (I take my pulse rate once a day). Now, it is about 62 beats per min.

My Mom was advised by her primary doctor to see a heart doctor for her heart has murmur. She took fish oil instead. When she went back to her primary doctor for a check up the murmur was gone.

As a Type 1 diabetic, I’ve recently added fish oil to my daily regiment and have seen and noticed positive changes almost immediately! Always have had fish in my diet occasionally, but wish I would have been taking this for years!

My son was diagnosed with asthma at birth, so I started giving him fish oil from whole food, (only from whole food) every day, and a cup of tea whit a bit of honey every morning call spicy ginger tea, was a miracle ....
I dont recall the last time my son got a running nose or a cough, the asthma gone, my son is really healthy..

Just started taking 3-5gs of fish oil a day for a week and have noticed very subtle improvements with depression/anxiety. I read that fish oil first saturates the blood then soft tissues and lastly the organs like the brain etc. Idk how accurate that is but seems like iron supps, takes a few months to reap the benefits. Im thinking I've had a pretty severe omega 3 deficiency being that i was a dumb vegan for 5 years. Hopefully this will calm some anxiety and improve my eyes!

I started taking fish oil in August 2022 and noticed the benefits immediately. It was a brand from greece and I was taking it before sleep. I had great sleep and great benefits. Then I ran out of the greek version and bought a brand from Germany. I dont know why but I had 5 days of terrible insomnia, until I realized its the fish oil. Its a high quality brand from Germany so I am surprised by the reaction. I wish I could get my hands on that greek fish oil again. I have tried hundreds of supplements in my life due to various health issues. But I can confidently say that fish oil is the best supplement I ever took.
