In this video, I talked about 6 signs of abandonment issues in relationships. Getting to know your patterns and the reason you behave in a certain is crucial to changing them and overcoming the fear of abandonment/ abandonment anxiety.

To people with insecure attachment styles, who have gone through attachment trauma/ cptsd, and who get neglected, abused, or abandoned as children, the pain from fear of abandonment is unbearable - because it triggers our survival anxiety when we were children. Not getting positively mirroring, emotional nourishment, and engagement from our caregivers plants the idea that we are defective and bad, their absence or inconsistent presence sends us the signal that we don't matter to the world and that we don't have value at all.

When getting triggered, life becomes unbearable - we become constantly anxious and preoccupied with thoughts of being abandoned and left by people we care about. BUT THERE IS A CURE. In this channel, I will show you how.
