Rule number one is the new manager...

On day one, fire everybody that was there before you got there. Bring in some employees from your last job, that are loyal to you. And then, higher back the people who want their job the most... At half their wage.

Show us how much your University degree in management, is actually worth.

Lol I’m the old employee at my job but I’m only 31. My manager uses force and intimidation which works with the other younger employees but it does not work on me hahaha😂. I just get more naughty lol. I provide more quality work so screaming at me to get it done will just not work. Thanks Mike

How about how to deal with the shock of management promoting a guy who they they knew got two employees pregnant at the same time, and he was promoted to management.

I don't get told what to do by kids just out of school, trained in management or not. That's where I draw the line.
