Corrina and carrots both great for your eyesight!

I just cook them with some sugar, butter and black pepper to taste.

BTW, make sure the carrots aren't slimy--they get that way when old because the skin has been removed and bacterial grows all over the surface--hence the slime.

Your videos have helped me grow to be a healthy, fit teenager and I am so grateful for all the information you have taught me. Corrina, I have so much trouble knowing which chemicals are harmless and what chemicals are bad for you on ingredient labels. They seem to change all the time and there's so many of them. It would be really helpful for you to do a video on the worst chemicals used in foods or just give us some tips! :) I love your videos they're great so keep doing what you're doing!

That looks really good, i have to try that myself. I have never tried these recipe but i think adding the coconut butter after steaming would be more delicious.

I love having red delicious apples, sliced with a sprinkling of cinnamon and a tablespoon of Trader Joes peanut butter with flax and chia seeds. It's like having dessert.

This looks simple. Def going to try it thanks! Today I ate low fat vegan and I was dizzy and sleepy all day. That always happens. I've tried low fat high carb before. I have to have my meals balanced or eat starchy food in smaller amounts. Or...suffer the consequences. I'm done with that though now

I've been eating healthier and I still have high sugar spikes even though I'm medicated with metformin, how come? I'm not overweight at all and I'm just 24 years old. My parents are healthy they don't experience this problem with sugar neither my grandparents HELP?!!!
