What's remarkable is that some people have toxic childhoods but they don't turn around and Destroy other people's lives. And if they know that they have bad behavior and continue to do it that means they're actually conscious of it and make the conscious decision to continue hurting people truly they do not care

He would never share things. He was always happy to take mine. He told me he wouldn't talk about his childhood even when I asked. He said it made him uncomfortable to talk about his childhood, so he won't tell me about it. That's not acceptable for me, especially in a marriage. He despised his parents. He especially hated his father but at times would do things i questioned him about and he would say, well my father did it. Who would copy behaviors of someone they hated?
