OMG I've always tried to explain to people that my malignant parent would mutter horrible somethings under their breath. Then I'd say to them "is everything okay, I thought I heard you say something" . They'd reply "no mate, it was the TV" then start mumbling again as I walked down the stairs. It used to off-center the hell out of me, knowing they were having a quiet rant but insisted it wasn't them! It's made me paranoid about saying anything under my own breath, but theirs was always intentional knowing I could hear them. They're a different species.

It genuinely hurts me to see behaviors six and seven in people with narcissistic tendencies. These actions hit me right in the gut, causing intense emotional pain and destroying the trust and bond between individuals. It breaks my heart to witness the devastating effects these behaviors have on the people involved. It feels so real and raw, and it deeply saddens me to see the profound impact they leave behind.
