UPDATE : date 17 april 2023 weight 56.16 kg, lost all the weight because of home workouts . My goal as of now is 52 or 53 kg and than i will be just maintaining it.
Date 23 dec: my weight now is 64 kgs and from on i will switch from this exercis as i have not lost belly fat i will tru cult fit’s exercise (loose belly fat -14 day challenge (3 guys in this video) )

Date:(30 nov) my weight for today is 66.25.

Date: (18 nov ) my weight now if 67.70 kg. No heavy dieting nothing that sort of just controlled portion stopped eating rice in my dinner and cut down my tea intake to 2 cups only in a day, earlier i used to take big cups of tea 3 to 4 times a day .
date: (28 oct ) I started doing this exercise yesterday today is 2 day and i ak looking forward to do this at least for 2 months as i am motivated by reading the comments which promises that they have seen a massive change in their weight. So i will also try this . My weight as of now is 70 kgs and i am girl .
I will tell about my journey after 2 months

Today is 7 day i have added few more exercises from nitang’s exercise video. I don’t know about weight loss but I feel good after doing this i motivated to continue it for longer time. I would suggest do so
Good stretches after workout as this helps in curing pain in thighs .
