Not a difficult thing to intellectually process, but much more challenging on a emotional/psychological level, especially in the midst of a painful interpersonal experience. It could even be they already know why you did it. Also, people can be used for spiritual things against themselves and those around them. The enemy even uses them to destroy themselves while destroying those around them. Of course seek the truth from scripture and God regardless of the source, even what I share. Blessings and Love
