How to Respond To Rude People

im dealing with a person with the mindset of a 9 year old if i said "that was rude may you stop please?" he would say something trashy/childish

1 thing that annoys me is people being rude by email, they seem to have a lot of guts behind a svreen, I give as good as I get.

There is an elderly man who usually brings his Android phone to me so that I help him concerning a particular setting. Disappointedly, he is never thankful but ride. yells at me and speaks condescendingly to me when he needs my help.

How do I stop tolerating such nonsense and respect myself in that regard?
