Take a movement break & dose up with this beautiful spinal movement flow that will get you to, Flex - Extend - Reach - Rotate
This is Mindful Movement Training so take your time as you move through the sequence, don’t be in a rush to get t o the next move.
Task
1)Set a timer from 2-5mins & perform x2/3 rounds of this movement sequence. A suggestion would be to start with 2mins and build up to 5mins for x2/3 sets.
2)Pop on some good music, set your intention, add a sprinkling of this & that and off you go.
