During my Library sessions ( 9-10hrs) I am doing 18-6 but while studying my brain just kind of stop making sense of around and I cant further understand the text I am reading and yesterday I also forgot my cross body-bag that which never happened, but this video tells me yes I am addicted to food I do binge eat, I have to have something to eat in every 3 hours.

Hey I tried fasting for a month by skipping breakfast and I had severe brain fog and kept messing up at work. People said it would get easier but never did so I gave up. Last night I skipped dinner to start fasting again and got up did a 10 minute workout then ate breakfast and now today I had brain fog. Could it be I’m deficient in something? I do eat a health diet and take supplants.

I am not too overweight but was full of inflammation maybe due to bad bacteria in my gut so I started eating one meal a day and lost 10 pounds in 11 days and feel like my old self again. However, the last two days I have not felt normal and I feel very spacey in my head. So today I made sure to eat a lot of extra protein and it did not help cure my hypoglycemic-feeling brain. Do you think that’s because I’m a woman and it has something to do with my hormones? Because I haven’t had this experience the last two weeks and I want to get back to feeling good again. I feel fine until I break my fast. Then I feel hypoglycemic Thank you for your video!

This doesn’t make sense. I’m on the lion diet, I usually go days with one meal, but I’m never in ketosis, so I decided to fast 20 hours every day, and now after 3 days I’m so tired and brain foggy. The mental clarity comes when in ketosis, but the transition stage can feel like this

I have been doing intermittent fasting and doing keto diet for about 18 months. I have been adding longer fasts into my protocol 36 hrs. I have terrible brain fog and tired with that longer fasts. I don’t understand why. I do lots of water and electrolytes. Any body have any ideas??

How long does it take for your blood sugar levels to balance out I feel the brain fog. I plan on doing a full day fast every Wednesday. Don’t want to feel brain fog every Wed.

Be careful. Plenty of people have too much norepinephrine (some have to stop meds like Bupropion because of that). I get brain fog so bad I can barely work, so ease up on your confidence a little. I know for a fact that you are wrong. Not only am I foggy, but time has also sped _up._ I find myself chatting with someone and then quickly checking my email to write some sentences. By the time I return to my chat, people have left because it's been minutes. I googled this right now because of such an incident.

I've intermittently fasted for a long time. I am frequently on keto. I have a healthy weight and am not a food addict. Your theories simply don't work.

Interestingly, I enter ketosis overnight (as measured with keto meters), and spend no time getting adapted.

Very inspiring video. I've yo-yo'ed for decades!! - benefited from low carb health-wise, & I occasionally fast for 2 or 3 days, at least monthly, but then come off fasts foolishly, & in general eat too much cheese & nuts, keeping me heavy. Thanks to your fasting model, I think I can embrace a new regimen, thank you for these advising videos.
