Very good guys I’m only just watching this now at the start and I’m new to reformed theology but seems the most biblical to me

yooo this was so good. and so encouraging to see the future leaders of the church know the Word and point it all back to the beauty of the Gospel

very well put, I'm learning even more than expected. The gift of knowledge here is very beautiful, may we all use our gifts to show the glory of God.

So what makes us special that we were chosen to be saved and not others? And what is the point to preach the gospel if there's no choice to believe in him ? We would just need to wait for God to regenerate the ones hes chosen? we won't need to preach the gospel anymore ...🥺 that's what it sounds like to me🙁

amen brother!! I started watching this video last night and finished it this morning. I’ve been really thinking about making the switch to Calvinism for a long time (currently Arminian bc that’s what my father is). It’s definitely more along the premise of what I believe. My parents aren’t super thrilled(who would’ve thought the daughter of a conservative Arminian Protestant would turn out to be an independent Calvinist am I right 💀). Thanks specifically for the free will point. Y’all did a great job explaining. While I’m thinking of it, would you be interested in joining a bible study I’m doing on tiktok? It’s on apologetics and effectively evangelizing; if you’re interested I can tag you in a vid :)

Warning passages? In Calvinism you cannot forfeit your salvation. If the author of Hebrews did believe in Calvinism, why did he write SO MANY warnings against apostasy? What's the point? It's like me putting a sign out side my house saying 'beware of the shark' when I don't even have a pool-completly irrelevant. There's no need to write those verses because if you're elect, you will never leave the faith. Think about the parable of the soils, people believed but fell from the faith. You cannot believe in Sola Scriptura and OSAS because you are not taking these verses seriously.
