I used to get tingling and numb hands and realized it was because of my padded gloves. Since ditching said padded gloves I have yet to have any tingling or numbness.

Its happen when my seat post is too high, im 175cm tall and use 47cm frame and 100mm stem.

Mine lasted for days after a long ride wedding ring and pinky l've had a bike fit so I'll be calling them for help I'm 5ft 5inches tall and im on a 52 or 54 trek bike
