Which Nerve in Your Arm is Causing the Numbness or Tingling? #nerves

The human arm consists of five major nerves! 💪

Those nerves are the axillary, musculocutaneous, median, radial, and ulnar nerves!

But today we are going to focus on the three, those being the median, radial, and ulnar nerves.

🟪 RADIAL NERVES - These nerves run across the top of the forearm, over the top of the middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb!

🟥 MEDIAN NERVES - These nerves run on the inside of the forearm, on the palm of the middle finger, pointer finger, thumb, as well as on top of the finger tips of the middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb!

⬛️ ULNAR NERVES - These nerves run along the sides of the forearm, as well as the tops and bottoms of the ring and pinky fingers!

You may be asking yourself, why is it important to know where these nerves are?

Well, these nerves don't just run through the arms, but they are connected to your whole body!

Think of it like train tracks. 🚂

If one rail is removed or damaged, the entire track is affected.

So with nerves, if you have adhesion pinching a nerve on your neck, and you feel a tingly feeling in your ring finger, then we can pinpoint the adhesion across the ulnar nerve!

I’m a mechanical assembler and I build small parts for work, sometimes if I build too much my thumb and pointer and middle finger all go numb, I’ve recently started rubbing where the muscle is on the upper part of the arm and it works everytime to fix the numbness, it’s crazy!!

When I sleep on my back and rest my hands on my chest, I can feel the pins and needles on my ring and little finger and that general area whereas everything from my thumb, index and middle finger are fine. Pretty accurate.

I get numbnees on all 3, after stressful situations or when I am very anxious.It feels like my arm becomes a ghost and isn't real
I have chronic stress and my doctor said stress could be damaging the nerves, would you agree with that? If so, is there anything I can do besides taking anxiety medication and vitamins to heal my nerves? It's scary :(

I feel kind of tingling or "electric shocks"
When i put pressure on my forearm like pushups, but only in the radial/ulnar nerve
But when i do things like curl biceps i feel it very hard in the median narve
Didnt pass for several years

So many therapists say so many different things.

Little fingers and ring fingers on both arms numb.

My feet give me grief too. I roll them every morning. I know arthritis is chronic issue for me now. I just try to stay loose and keep walking.

Ulcer nerve is biggest issue for me.

I know this is an old video but I have to ask I am a 17 yo old boy who has bad posture and has been going to the gym for 1.5 years now 6 months ago my right arm felt weak and I couldn't curl the same repetitions as my left it also started shaking a little bit when I wash my teeth or when I write at school
Or even when I grip too hard overall the main issue is on my bicep but I could say also a little on my tricep
I also sleep on my right side
