We simulated germs with UV gel to show you the difference between washing your hands, and washing your hands properly. Watch this video to find out why it's so important to wash your hands properly to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Learning how to wash your hands properly is the first step in preventing the spread of disease-causing germs and bacteria. Not only is the importance of washing your hands tied to your health, it also helps keep everyone around you healthy. You should be washing your hands after going out to a public place, before and after handling food, after using the bathroom, and after coughing or sneezing. If you're ill, you should make sure to wash your hands frequently. This lessens the likelihood of you getting anyone else sick.

Washing your hands properly is more than just using soap. You have to wet your hands and wash them thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds. If you're not sure how long that is, try singing Happy Birthday twice. Make sure you get your wrists, between your fingers, and under your fingernails.

This kind of thing is the only way to see if you really washed your hands correctly or not. Great video.

You shouldn’t wear nail varnish when doing this as otherwise you can’t see what you missed around your nails. The most likely place on the hands for germs to gather is around the nail bed as it is the hardest place to clean.

Thanks for the information. I'll make sure to wash every single one of them properly.

This is very important now with mpox because unlike COVID it is spread through direct contact as opposed to coughing and sneezing

Put soap on your hands and rub them like a Hebrew Merchant after a long days work.

I'd love to use this in some of my training... I'd need to have a downloadable video, however... any chance you could share?

So the recommended movements are very important, huh?
And they are ... ?
Nevermind, we'll all look it up.
Thanks, anyway.

Small businesses should come up with ways to continue their business. Here are some high-tech products companies can use. We have made a video to educate the public for a while.

I FeeL like you didn't show the proper way at the end. Many people do not properly rinse they're hands with the water before they add the soap, if you have dirt on your hands then you're just adding soap to the dirt to make mud... Also they used to reckoned 30 seconds, but a few years ago they dropped it down to 20... yuck 🤮 ! I watch old ladies do the "tip dip" so nasty in a public restroom where there is blood and fecies on the stall handles... Many men do the soap on and fast rinse and leave towels brown in their go to drying spot... yuck 🤮 again!

Unfortunately they have not tied a single case to ordinary fomites ie surfaces away from hospitals. Not one. So this video seems a bit out of date.

Its time to boycott all dirty markets.. teach the dirty shop owners a good lesson. They should take responsible as well. Everything started from dirty places that they created.. hummmm.very sad

Terrible video. I try to tell elderly people about proper hand washing but this video is way to quick for people above 70 who think they got hand washing down.

How many of those bacteria are the natural probiotic bacteria that cover all the skin of our whole body and have a beneficial and protective role for our skin? What is the impact of repeatedly removing those beneficial bacteria? What is the impact on our immune system if it isn't regularly activated by foreign invaders?
