30 minute SAVAGE Bodyweight HIIT Workout

In this 30 minute SAVAGE Bodyweight HIIT workout we are trying to get the heart rate as high as we can and push it to the limits. We will be having 6x triple movements, Each movement for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest between the movements. We will perform each triple movement for 2x in a row and after 20 seconds of rest we will move on to the next triple movement.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
Workout Detail:
2x Rounds
1. 4x Butt Kick Drop Squat
2. 2x Squat Jump + Half Burpee
3. 3x Frog Jackknife - Explosive Sit Up
2x Rounds
4. 3x Mountain Climbers - Push Up
5. Hand Walkout Hyperextension Jump
6. High Knee Jacks
2x Rounds
7. Side To Side Ice Skater
8. 4x Plank Jacks - Knee Tuck
9. 3x V-Hold Leg raise Hip Lift - Roll Taps
50 seconds water break
2x Rounds
10. Launcher - Back Kick Jumps
11. 4x Ratchet Squats - Knee Lunge
12. Hip Drop - Pike Jump
2x Rounds
13. Alternating Front Lunge - Half Burpee
14. 4x High knees - Half Burpee
15. Break-dancer
2x Rounds
16. Jump Lunge Toe Tap
17. Reverse Plank Toe Tap
18. (No Push Up) Burpee
