30 min EXTREME SAVAGE BODYWEIGHT HIIT (🔥Burn Up To 500 Calories🔥)

In this 30 min SAVAGE BODYWEIGHT HIIT we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each Block contains 5x supersets and we will perform each superset without any rest in between. After each superset (2x 35 seconds) there will be a 20 seconds rest and we will go through each 5x supersets for 2x rounds in a row!

If you are an extreme die hard and would like to increase the volume of this HIIT, Perform this routine for 2x rounds (2x 30 min.) P.S. more Power to YOU!

I've been working out diligently for the past 10 years (4-5 times per week), and HIIT is always my preferred method. I consider myself to have great endurance and stamina --- and I found this challenging! THANK YOU! Awesome workout!

At 18:45min i looked up in the right corner as far as my sweaty eyes could probably see : „Half Burpee - Tuck Jump 😵 - I rubbed my eyes again and there was still written „Half Burpee - Tuck Jump“ - I god damn it beginn a mixture of laughing and crying - put everything which was left in my tank to bring this to the finish line. Massive workout Dude ! 🔥👍

You are a machine Daniel. No one can dispute that. I felt relieved when I saw u take some breaks cos I was curious to know how this could he a restless workout.. You are still my champion. Typing this which shaking hands as my heart beats like the second hand of a clock. 👍

That took a little getting used to not having the 15-minute breaks in between each exercise but only every other exercise. Brutal! And I noticed you couldn't leave out the hand workouts. I had to swear at you again, on the TV, but I still did them LOL
