I think an easier advice is to make sure that your shoulder blades on your back is shut together once you’re close to the ground. -> <-

Thanks man 👍🏻 before watching this video I couldn't do even one pushup as I used to feel a lot of pressure on my shoulder and biceps, now I can do about 5 pushup a time

Wow thanks.ive had to stop doing pushups after i had a shoulder injury about two years ago amd always felt after like my shoulders did all the work and felt uncomfortable after a few pushups..ill try this out
