Have you ever wondered why it's so hard to move on from a narcissist, even after they've discarded you? It's because they often come back, a behavior called "hoovering."

Hoovering can make it difficult to find closure because the narcissist keeps re-opening the wound they caused, preventing it from healing.

Understand that closure doesn't come from the narcissist, but from within yourself.

Setting boundaries and cutting off all contact with the narcissist is the best way to find closure and begin the healing process.

Remember, you don't need their validation or approval to move on and heal!

I like the music. Yes I became actually addicted to the hoovering. The only way for me to feel anything good was waiting hours or days for that hoover to validate my self esteem. He had such a power over me and now I see right through the bullshizz.
