This video is a follow-up to my previous pickled mustard seed recipe, which is officially my fastest growing video! Thanks to everyone who watched and enjoyed the video, and welcome to anybody that's new!

Pickled mustard seeds are a super delicious and fun spin on mustard. I've now had 2 recipes containing pickled mustard seeds win awards, so it's definitely a dish I'm very proud of, and I'm really excited to share this new recipe with all of you!

Essentially, it's a a beer mustard, only more fancy, and even easier to make. The mustard seeds are still as silky and caviar like as ever, but now they've got a kick of sweet and hoppy flavor, which I LOVE and I hope you will too! Plus the recipe is only 5 ingredients, and takes only 10 minutes to make! It doesn't get any easier than this.

If you enjoyed the video, leave a comment! What types of flavors should I infuse into my pickled mustard seeds next?

Honey IPA Pickled Mustard Seeds

3/4 cup rice vinegar (unseasoned)
1/3 cup IPA
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup mustard seeds

Combine the first 4 ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Add the mustard seeds and reduce to a gentle simmer. Cover, and let cook until the mustard seeds are plump and have doubled in size, about 5 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
