That is so true… It just hurts the way the don’t understand💔I try to explain but they don’t let me finish, they cut me off..

1. Closing the door doesn’t mean we’re hiding anything, we just prefer to be alone sometimes.
2. Answering their questions doesn’t mean we’re talking back at them.
3. Comparing us with others hurts and they don’t have to always ‘cause not everyone is the same.

My parents are SO MUCH like this: „You‘re only on your phone“ „You never help me in the household“ „You don‘t move all day“
But: Actually I exercise every day, but I don‘t tell my parents, also when I‘m on the couch with my phone and want to get up, yk, do smth, my mom complains again, and then I feel even more unmotivated to get up
