First! Always great content Craig, thanks a lot! Your book changed my life. I do 5 minutes of yoga after waking up, meditate for 10 minutes and then I get on with my day. I tried doing it after my work, but I couldnt focus as good as with doing it before work. Thanks again for sharing your wisdom!
