I don’t know how anyone could keep watching the show after Rita’s death. I have no desire to follow these characters anymore. Any redeemable qualities dexter had took a dark turn and made the viewer question why they were ever cheering him on in the first place as soon as Rita died. At best the show after she dies is a middle finger to the audience whoever is dumb enough to keep watching looking for false closure.

There's a scene where Dexter has a bet with God in a coffee vending machine. At the end of the scene, coffee was coming out of the broken vending machine. I can't find it. Does anyone remember it?
