I used to work electrics for a major retail chain and people always asked me what kind of laptop to buy. My answer will always be "new is better, and more RAM means less frustration." Because the reality is, as much as you don't really need the high speed features, you'll eventually get mad your system is running slow and the 1st thing people blame is the computer and not the bloat-ware they download or the cache they haven't cleared in a while. Kind of applies to fitness too in the sense that you'll probably feel worse doing workouts if you eat trash.

I just take magnesium, D3, B12, and Zinc. But those are for things I wanna make sure I’m not deficient in. I stopped taking fish oils, ever since I added sardines to my meals.

I'm very beginner, and I notice a big difference in how I look, feel, and perform when taking creatine. I also enjoy the convenience of protein powder.

I took creatine years after I started working out. The difference is very noticeable once my muscles are saturated with creatine. Not only in terms of working out, but my headache's frequency also are significantly decreased.

Protein powder can help alot especially if u don't have enough time, creatine is great as well, for me Creatine is worth it.

Living in Ireland vitamin d3 is a necessity as we don’t get enough sun year round and the seasonal affective disorder most get in winter we can get year round without it lol

Many supplements just are good for your health. Basically 90% of the population has magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin B deficiency. Not to a significant amount that it needs medical intervention, but simply taking these supplements can noticeably improve your overall wellbeing, which in turn makes it way easier to exercise. You may not notice the improvement from the supplement, but you'll notice the improvement from higher quality exercise.

I went from borderline hypertensive to hypotension (82/46) blood pressure. At first I was worried and then remembered that I workout regularly and I’ve been taking supplements that cause vasodilation.

Supplements are never a quick fix as far as weight loss or fitness levels.But an “extra” that we may need to balance out nutritional deficits.If it’s weight loss and getting fit that you desire?Like coach said.Exercise.Just move.Walk.Bike.Anything that involves you getting up off the sofa or bed.

Supplements help individuals with severe deficiency such as Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Vitamin K2, and so on. that would otherwise would not be able to get it via diet, environment, etc.

I take Iron, zinc, B Complex, magnesium and ashwagandha. It absolutely helps with wellbeing.

In my experience, EAA’s are really helpful for hardcore training. Much better recovery.

I'd say the only one that really makes a difference is protein powder. Not the effect because you could just eat enough protein. But because of the convenience and less damage to your wallet it's better than eating 3 steaks or 5 chicken dishes a day

man i’ve been working out for the past 2 months consistently without any supplements, just eating right ( besides the sugar in soda ) and i gotta say. it’s been looking good bruv 😂
