I don’t care about scientific data. When I try something new, I initially care about whether I resonate with what people are teaching. Then, once I try it, I care about how I feel. If I feel better, then forget about what the research says!

Where I go wrong in intermittent fasting is coffee, because I need and love coffee but need it with a splash of cream. It just feels too harsh on my stomach without some creamer, and then I find myself asking..will this break the fast?

Intermittant fasting 20-22 hours /day, stopped working for me for a while now. No matter what i do i don't lose weight. I am very active and do cardio and strength training and still nothing. I am 55 yrs old and it may be my hormones are out of whack. Any thoughts?

Severe Hashimoto hypothyroidism. Tried intermittent fasting. It made my Hashimotos worse way worse and I lost a lot of hair. Almost fainted at work. TSH skirocketted

IF will only work in 2 ways if you didn't already have an off eating window of at least 12 hours or more, and if you eat enough, not to lose muscle mass. Otherwise, you are just eating itself. Intermittent fasting is a fancy name for eating the old way, not 24/7.

I sent it to my girlfriend, she has horrible menopause.
Also, so now, when I want to learn from you, I need to go to your old talk shows right? You
are not teaching anything new and fresh in your new talk show?
