Sir, can you please make a Video on “Cable Close Grip Pull Down, performed at different angles” my trainer told me that its a compound workout, it can cover almost all upper body muscles, and i should perform 3 heavy sets each day..

I am not sure shoulder extension are better for hitting the lower lats. Chris Beardsley has an excellent research review online that looked at a variety of different kinds of analysis, and those analyses indicate that the lower lats (along with the teres major) are most active in adduction, not extension.
