SO ⬇️ understand that the same principles apply to dumbbells and barbells etc.

Upper back: arms flared out or down about 30°
Rear Delts: lower: about a 45° angle
Lats: Arms/elbows tucked in at your side

There is some carryover between each angle. For example: You’ll hit your upper back too when rowing at a 45°, but the rear delts will be more advantaged than they are when your arms are flared out

For lats don't arch your back, lean slightly forward and don't let your elbows go past your torso. Don't let your scapula move around.
