So far you're the most helpful shorts I ever saw. Can you just keep making these? I was doing plant based for awhile doing 50/50 plate (do you know what this is) and because I'm on dialysis and I'm a human being, not eating meat isn't an option. So your videos are the most accurate description of how me and I'm sure many more people want to live. You rock. Thank you so much. It means so so much to me.

Your videos are my favorite because you use your hands a lot in your food and I do too 😂… and you’ve put a name to they type of eater I am, which is (I think you call it) a volume eater. I am too! If it’s healthy, delicious and I get to eat a lot of it, I am SOOO HAPPY!😊

Finally someone who gives diet advice AND eats healthy portions. I used to struggle with eating enough because of all the 800 cal diets and some days I would only eat 600 cals. Thanks to people like u, now I eat 1, 200 cals and make sure it’s healthy stuff :)
