You’re a plastic surgeon so of course you would say that because you don’t want to lose money, but I’m a real life person that has seen significant results in a flat stomach within two weeks of consistency use of vibration plate

I have used a vibration plate for the last 3 years. I love it. I work from home so it helps with my circulation. It has also helped my back and knee pain. I just stand on it 10-15 minutes.

I’ve actually lost inches and pounds with it and a friend after six months three times a day 10 minutes each session she lost several pants sizes-my agility has improved as well. The vibration plate is a win-win.

Within 3 months I was using vibration plates three times a week and I lost 17.6 lbs, but I was also watching what I ate and drinking more water

I often work with my legs crossed which kills my knees but only days after starting with the plate I noticed the difference in how long I could keep my legs crossed and what it felt like after getting up it was a MAJOR difference

I just got my vibration plate so I don't know about the weight loss. I've lost 160+ pounds and got it because my daughter said it's helped her. I've only used it for 3 days so far but I have noticed how less stressed I am and just how much better I overall feel. My sleep quality has also improved. I've heard it can help with excess skin. If anyone knows I'd love to know. I have the same one you show in your video. If it gets great results I may upgrade to a more expensive stronger vibration one.

Yes I use my vibration plate for my legs standing or sitting down. Mostly sitting it helps my legs through and through with blood circulation and tension.
To me it's a Given 👍🏽

I actually use a vibration plate and generally I use it after I do my workouts. The vibration plate helps to reduce muscle soreness and muscle tension. It feels great. I also do lymphatic massage while I’m on the plate and I generally focus around my neck and face and I actually noticed a difference in my face once I started using the vibration plate. I cannot attest to the fact that it helped me lose weight even though I have lost weight but I’ve also been doing other things such as exercise, watching what I eat and I am on medication. But I generally stand on my vibration plate three times a week for about 15 minutes each time and it’s very helpful with helping me to release muscle aches and pains.

Hi Dr Barrett, the piece on trauma is interesting because I recently went through some and started naturally shaking/jolting at night when I woke up suddenly thinking about it. It would feel like a mini seizure, but I’ve never had a seizure so maybe I shouldn’t describe it like that. I got a vibration plate for other reasons, but now I’m noting it will help my mental health (which is the whole reason I’m overweight to begin with). Secondary effects, sign me up!!! 👍

I use it for my Lipedema. I think it’s better. My balance is definitely better. Lymphatic flow is better. I think the health benefits I get far outweigh the potential weight loss I want. I am sure that will come.

Hey "Doc", Major League Baseball uses these in their locker and workout rooms.

Mine has done wonders for me.

When you stand or exercise on a vibration plate, the vibrations cause your muscles to contract and relax rapidly. This increased muscle activity requires energy, which can lead to calorie burning.
Studies have shown that standing on a vibration plate for 10-15 minutes can burn an additional 100-200 calories compared to standing still. However, the exact amount of calories burned depends on factors such as:
Intensity of the vibrations, Duration of the session, Body weight, and Exercise performed.
It's important to note that vibration plates are not a substitute for traditional exercise. They can be a helpful supplement to an overall fitness routine, but they should not be relied upon as the sole source of calorie burning.

I find it is most beneficial helping rid inflammation and relax the entire body. I had a severe neck injury years ago and now I can turn my head without pain. Combine with cold red/ infra red light wand for healing.
