First day- THAT PLANK BRO WAS KILLING ME AT THE END😭 everything else ez🌚

Second day- OML THAT FELT SO MUCH EASIER!! yeah I'm sore but the plank really didn't affect me as much as it did yesterday 😭 and your positive words make me keep going😝 ilysm❤️
Day three- skipped 😭
Day four- really easy not as hard at all🧍🏽‍♀️
Day 5- skipped cause I was I was at a game cause I do cheerleading 😭n got home at like 8:00
Day six- good 👍🏼

Roberta I have been doing your lose 10 pounds on 1 week for 4 days and I have not seen any results yet. Why is that? btw I have been drinking lots of water and eating not that much sugar. And I have been eating my fruits and veg.
