True. Ive started intermittent fasting for the last 5 months. i had severe TSH issues and inflammation. my TSH was 122 instead of 0.3 - 4.4. Now it is 17. Im still working to lower it back to normal, God willing. Inflammation has gone, feel better, more energetic, i digest easier and quicker, etc

Absolutely TRUE. You have to let your insulin levels come down to normal.

TRUE!! I did IF all through my chemotherapy. Fasted day before chemo and day after. Ate lots of berries, nuts and yogurt the day of chemo. Lots and lots of water. In the six months of chemo I vomited twice! IF will be a forever in my book! Autophagy baby Autophagy.

True. But what is the correct way to intermittent fasting? I have done that for years but more so since 2017. Thank you for all the good information and I’d absolutely love the correct answer to intermittent fasting the correct way.

I don't know. Like many people, we were told three meals a day, with lots of fruits and vegetables was the key to optimal health. Then, the 'food pyramid' was taught. So, What's the answer, Doctor?

I’m battling Cystic Fibrosis and was told recently that I’m pre diabetic. It could be because of the prednisone I’ve taken over the years and also poor dietary practices. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting to put the pre-diabetes into remission and I’m finding that I’m feeling so much better! It’s weird! My body just feels different than it ever has before! Good different! 😃 It may be that the intermittent fasting is addressing the inflammation that contributes to the underlying asthma and cystic fibrosis. It’s amazing. I’m sure the CF Clinic is not going like my weight loss, but I can easily put that back on by eating healthy fats. My longevity and quality of life will be adversely affected, if don’t get the pre diabetes under control first. 🇨🇦

I've been radically fasting on a variable frequency for 18 months ranging from omad to 72 hours. It's eaten almost every skin condition I've ever had. I've got large moles that are shrinking and lightning in color. My little toes were purple/black. They are pink again.

Yes! I’ve been into intermittent fasting for 3 years and I’ve dropped pounds but I started fasting because of autophagy! So I look young-er and have slimmed down 5 pant sizes, I was 22- now I’m size 14 and can snug into a size 12
