BURN 600 CALORIES with this 45-minute cardio AT HOME workout (No Equipment!)

I'm pretty sure I drank an entire gallon of coconut water before I finished this workout. I gave it my best, but if you can go harder / faster than me, go for it!
The number of calories you'll burn from this 45-minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.). The cool thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you complete it. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how many you burn by the end of the workout!
I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every intense exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can't do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you're having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until you're ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.
