Thank you!! It's freezing cold outside and I barely managed to do 2000 steps there, but I have hit my 10000 goal at home) There are no excuses not to do exercise during the bad weather

Wow, that was definitely brain exercise as well! Not easy for me to coordinate the arms and legs movements but that was what made it fun!

I’d say up little & bigger hills could do 600-750 a day, walking as I do 35 minutes each morning (336 calories at 2.3 miles)

Wow! The best full body walk EVER!! This is exactly what I needed since arms and abs are my targeted areas of improvement. Challenging, but doable, I’ll be revisiting this one! I incorporated my 1kg dumbbells throughout the workout, and put them down when needed. You just gained a new sub! Thanks!!
