great fan of your work and videos !!! Can you please do a video on SLAP Tear of shoulders? Does it need surgery to fix or physiotherapy can bring back the motion range ?

What do you think about the “dumbbell cleans” popularized by Louie Simmons. They are like facepulls but use front/side delts rather than rear delts.

Bottom: arms at side, elbows extended, palms facing backwards (internal rotation).
Middle: arms abducted 90 degrees, elbow bent 90 degrees, palms facing floor.
Top: arms overhead, elbows extended, palms facing forward (externally rotated).

Perfect timing ... I'm having RC soreness from long-distance swimming. The exercise I find most helpful is having the elbow tucked into the body with forearm forward & parallel to the floor, then crossing across the body. The doing the same starting position but opening out (I use bands or tubing for resistance). I also do lateral and forward extension with free weights. Definitely going to look into these exercises as well!
