Join me for this 10 minute MEDICINE BALL QUICK HIIT Workout. In this workout we will be using just a medicine ball in quick, no repeat intervals for a full body strength and cardio workout. I'll be using a 10 lb medicine ball today. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!
