The pike was so difficult I was unable to perform it . I will try next time at the beginning of my stability ball routine )

I’m 6 feet tall, I have 8 foot ceilings, I can’t do the first exercise. Maybe I can jackhammer my floor.

Very fun. Very hard. Try doing it in uniform. Not easy 😂
