Little story-time: I met my ex, an amazing person, when I was only a teenager. It worked for some years and we had beautiful memories but near my mid-twenties, we had grown into two different people and I felt I was losing myself. Letting him go was one of the hardest things I ever did but had I not, I wouldn't have met myself so deeply. Sometimes making the right decision hurts the most and we don't understand why in the moment, but we gotta trust and let go.
