Just forbthe info on why you should buy the Asus Zenfone 2. Im not here to troll but this is the fact. Asus made this for those high end multitaskers.
1. Price is epicly cheap for a 4gb ram. Im from Malaysia so it costs around Rm1300 which is cheap. Only rival now is the Lenovo K80 but its not out here yet which also consist a 4gb ram.
2. You dont compare this phone to a high end phone like Samsung or HTC or Sony.
If the camera was so much better, the phone wont be as cheap as now it is.
3. Of course there will downside of this phone because its cheap. Doesnt mean that you should not get it.
4. You want good camera? Go for Mi4i.
5. Good speakers? Go for HTC.
6. Business phone? Go for blackberry or Microsoft.
7. Even the iphone 6 or the Samsung note cant keep up multitasking with this phone.
So the are pros and cons. Overall this is a great phone for its price. Trust me. Its a worth buying phone.

Zenfone 2 is not meant for 4k video recording bro.Go for Zenfone zoom at least u can get 2k der.Zf2 is meant for ultra high performance and high end gaming.You might get 4k recording on more expensive smartphones but you wont get an all rounder like this at this price tag

1.Any phone heats if u use high end games even for more than 20 minutes.Even 60k iPhone heats
2.Qhd is overskill
3.Intel processors are aimed @ higher performance, not higher battery life
4.Clear cache, uninstall and unnecessary apps to free up storage
5.with this price tag and specs don't expect Dolby digital
6.Do u think all phones in this price range or higher has back lit buttons.U will get used to it soon
7.Many issues can be solved with 5.1.1 update
8.Camera is above average.Make proper use of pixel-master technology.

Thank you! I've been reading reviews for this phone and a few others for the last few days to decide what to purchase, and you helped me rule out the Zenfone 2.  You really did a great job focusing on a few things that most of the other reviewers completely left out.

u can always get adjusted to non back lit buttons..isn't much of an issue..
as for that 64gb version..buy a 32 or 16 and then expand it using memory card..one plus one doesn't have any option for that..pixel density of both one plus one adn this is same..401..but this one's color reproduction is more..even one plus one has non removable battery..also OPO has only single sim..heating issue didn't occur much on the model i saw..while watching videos in landscape mode even the speakers of OPO get covered...btw..nice video!keep up the good work! :D

Ram...well the system uses more ram for superior performance and you dont need tocworry about the free ram bcoz around 1.5gb ram is free which is plenty... You need to worry only if it is less than 300mb..check the performance not the amount of ram...

Good video. I have a Zenfone 2 myself but it's a 2GB version. I agree that the camera quality is ugly but it takes a pretty outstanding macro shots but poor portrait or landscapes. It also heats up a lot when I'm using the camera. It also use about 1.5 GB RAM and I only have 300-400 MB left. I think it's the memory leak of 5.0 lollipop and I'm waiting for an update. As for the screen though. You won't get a 1440p screen from that price. I still think that 1440p will not be the standard for the next 5 years. Most movies don't even have 1440p quality and having a 1440p screen drains more battery. Look at the LG G4 and Galaxy S6 as a good example. Most users won't even notice a difference from a 1080 to a 1440p screen. Most youtube vids too have only 1080p quality and I believe only a few watches on 2k. Even on computers or gaming laptops 1080p is still the best choice. Because having a higher resolution screen drains more battery and results in a lower fps count. Also using a flash in a camera makes the image over exposed and you shouldn't be surprised about. Over all it's a good video. I just don't agree on the con on the screen, flashlight and camera (macro/close up shots).

I dis Agree about your feeling that it should have quad hd display, 1080p is good but not the best Qhd is overkill for a smartphone qhd eats battery life and performance, btw Great Video

nice video used asus zenfone 2 for more than a year....only issue was ram....but i also admit i had lots of apps....second issue was lots of bloatware. but u should see the price also....mine came for 13000 that time (ze550ml) and i am quite sure it was a great phone(lost it accidentaly last month). it gave me great expirience....good updates....but today after a year u get better phone in even low stars for asus

Out of the box the 4 GB version has 3.12GB of Ram free. If you keep apps open in the background it will consume more RAM. And yes I see a lot of third party apps active on your device.

I used this phone for a month.. And the only thing im not satisfy with this phone is the camera.. Photos not sharp/clear even with highest pixel. I dont know why my lumia 625 camera can beat down this phone on photo result. Sorry for my poor english :)

i am using Zenfone 2 ze551ml.... still the phone can be said to be very nice.... good body design, color depth of camera is good, nice bettery backup, plus in this video it is mentioned that this phone is not quad hd....but this is not true...u can adjust the screen color mod in the settings...yes it will become ultra hd if it is set to vivid mod...
