Are you working on your handstand but seeing very little progress?

You may be trying skills that are too difficult for your current level.

Aka ego lifting! (I am guilty of this in my one arm handstand training lately).

Both you and I need to take a step back and practice drills that we can do in order to see improvement.

Here is a beginner handstand drill to start with

1. Place your hands a knees distance away from the wall
2. Grip the ground with your fingers. This is where you control your balance
3. Kick Up
4. Push through shoulders
5. Extend your hips
6. Knees together
7. Find a line from wrists to shoulder to hips
8. Use your fingers to pull one leg off of the wall
9. Hold
10. Slowly switch

Or hold both feet on the wall to build shoulder strength and endurance in that stacked position.

SO guilty of that!! I did it for years and totally stunted my own progress. Only this year i really started to get some serious wall training in and my handstand definitely transformed
