Thanks Dr. Story! I have been following your advice and my BP has dropped usually below 120/80. I am now off of my BP medication for three weeks. My BP has gone up over 120/80 usually between 125 - 135 / 80 - 85. What is the number where I should be back on medication? I would ask my doctor but when I told him of methods I was using to decrease BP he laughed. He just wants me on the medication. Thanks!

Any tasty foods like ham or sausages increase nitric oxide, cuz all the foods you've suggested don't taste so good.
