Crucial conversion does not have to be a fight. A change of tone and energy is not a fight it's just passion coming out, and people should know the difference. Fight is breaking down communication and negative decisions.

How about those who get the point across without fighting? I stand with them, those who are peaceful, creative and productive. They’ve got great insight when they open their mouth. No need to fight we can debate and discuss.

I think that we must differentiate between respectful and intense disagreement VS looking to hurt each other EMOTIONALLY / BULLYING .

Of course, amongst men/boys a physical fight might be a way to blow of steam. Again, this is not the same as BULLYING. However, your opinion might be different depending on which side of the schoolyard you used to play.

EDIT : I'm not talking about REAL fighting when it comes to adults. At most I'm talking about sparring in a kick/boxing ring. Or a proper jiu-jitsu class.
