I don’t feel noticed that’s why I left work today. I notice them but upper management doesn’t notice me they just see me as a burden and things seems forced. It’s frustrating. Many bosses and managers don't want to hear about problems. They'd rather stick their head in the sand to avoid dealing with problems. Then when you're left on your own to find a solution, you get called on the carpet and chewed out because you either didn't ask for permission or you did something outside of what the boss is willing to do. As a boss or manager, you need the skill of being able to listen and empower your employees to find workable solutions that get the job done. But it's very difficult if not impossible for many bosses to leave their egos at the door.
