Hi Dr. Gupta. I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism in 2018. My Specialist Dr. Singh was very Informative about this sickness. After a blood test he decided to prescribed medication. Although the thyroid was under control he told me to continue taking my medication as I was having a lot of stress in my life because my husband has Parkinson and I was taking care of him. I did continue with my medication but also I decided to Research the kind of Foods that I should be taking. All the food and supplements that you mentioned in your Video I have been taking.

Im a clinical nutritionist from US n have hypothyroidsm but i dont roast the flaxseeds cause they turn rancid...iv been consuming flaxseed, garlic n roasted organic sesame seed ground chutney for years but my thyroid reports are absolutely inorder... besides iv never experienced hair loss or weight gain.. perfectly fine.

Wouldn't heating up the flax seeds destroy the Omega threes? Also, what about chia? If phytic acid is a problem what other foods should we avoid or heat up?
