I'm 5'9" and 85-90% of my diet(maybe even 95%) used to consist of junk food. I weighed 300 pounds. Then I decided to cut out sodas and lost 20 pounds. Then I cut out junk food and I've lost nearly 70 pounds! I now weigh 210. Yes I do have a soda or a peice or 2 of junk food but I do excersise at the gym. My goal is to weigh 180. I haven't weighed that much since 6th grade
